FAQ

Products & Materials

What types of art do you offer?

We specialize in gallery-quality wall art on premium canvas. Most pieces are available as classic stretched canvases and as framed canvas prints that create a sleek, floating effect on the wall. Over time, we’ll keep expanding the collection with new styles, artists, and formats.

What’s the difference between a canvas and a framed canvas?

Canvas print: The artwork is printed on thick, textured canvas and hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. The sides are finished, so you can hang it as-is for a modern, gallery-style look.

Framed canvas: The same high-quality canvas is set inside a solid wood frame (pine) that creates a “floating” gap between the canvas and the frame. This adds definition and a more luxurious, statement-piece feel.

What are your canvases made of?

Our canvases use a durable poly-cotton blend with a subtle texture that enhances color and detail. The canvas is acid-free and pH-neutral, designed to resist yellowing over time. The print surface is fade-resistant, so colors stay vivid for years with normal home use.

What are the frames made of?

The frames for our framed canvases are made from high-quality pine wood. They’re lightweight but sturdy, with a thickness of about 1.25″ (3.18 cm), which gives the artwork a solid, gallery-style presence on the wall.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

We keep sustainability in mind at every step. Your art is produced on demand, only after you place an order, so we don’t create unnecessary stock or waste. Our production partners use long-lasting inks and carefully sourced materials, and shipments often use recycled or responsibly sourced packaging materials. Made-to-order production also means fewer unsold items going to landfill.

Will the colors fade over time?

The canvas surface and inks are designed to be fade-resistant and to offer great depth of color. With normal indoor use, your artwork should stay vibrant for many years. For best results, avoid placing any artwork in direct, harsh sunlight or in very humid environments.

Why does the inside edge of my framed canvas look dark or light?

On framed canvases, the inner edge around the canvas may be black or white depending on the frame color and construction. This is a normal part of how the frame is built and isn’t a defect—it’s hidden from normal viewing distance and doesn’t affect how the art looks from the front.

Are there brand labels on the artwork?

There may be small manufacturer markings or labels on the back of the frame or stretcher bars. These aren’t visible from the front and don’t affect the look of the artwork when it’s hanging.

What sizes do you offer?

Available sizes depend on each artwork and product type. On every product page, you’ll see a size selector with all the options for that piece, from smaller prints ideal for gallery walls to larger statement sizes for above sofas, beds, and sideboards.

Can you do custom sizes or custom designs?

If you need a different size than what’s listed, or you’re interested in a custom piece, contact us. In many cases we can suggest an alternative size or check if a custom option is possible for that particular design.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Your order is produced and shipped from professional print studios located in regions like the USA, the UK, and the EU. Whenever possible, your piece is made in the facility closest to your shipping address to reduce delivery time and lower the shipping footprint.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options for your address. If your country doesn’t appear, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a special shipment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every artwork is made to order. Typical timelines are:

  • Production time: usually a few business days to print, stretch, frame, and pack your artwork.
  • Shipping time: once shipped, most orders arrive in about 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

During holidays or very high-demand periods, production and shipping may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow that link at any time to see the latest updates from the carrier. If you haven’t received a tracking email after a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your shipping country and order value, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you’re unsure.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

To get your art to you faster, different items in the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities. When that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers and packages—so don’t worry if one piece arrives before the others.

Installation & Care

Are the canvases ready to hang?

Yes. Both stretched canvases and framed canvases come with wall mounts or hanging hardware already attached to the back. In most cases you’ll only need appropriate screws or wall anchors for your wall type.

What hardware do I need?

The canvas or framed canvas includes the mounts on the artwork itself. For the wall, we recommend using suitable screws, hooks, or anchors based on your wall material (drywall, brick, concrete, etc.). If you’re unsure, a local hardware store can advise you on the best option.

How should I care for and clean my canvas?

Canvas prints are low-maintenance. To keep your art looking fresh:

  • Dust gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth or feather duster.
  • If needed, lightly wipe with a barely damp cloth – avoid soaking the surface.
  • Don’t use household cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and very humid rooms.

Can I hang my canvas in a bathroom or kitchen?

Short, occasional humidity (like from a quick shower) is usually fine, but constant steam or very high humidity can shorten the life of any artwork. If you hang art in bathrooms or near cooking areas, try to choose a spot with good ventilation and away from direct contact with water or steam.

Can I re-stretch, trim, or cut the canvas?

No. The canvases are designed as finished wall art, not as raw material. Cutting, sanding, or re-stretching can damage the print and may release dust from the materials. Any modifications are done at your own risk and void our ability to assist with issues.

Will my canvas sag over time?

Each canvas is hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars for a tight, gallery-style finish. With normal indoor use and handling, the canvas should remain taut for many years. Avoid placing heavy objects against the surface or storing it in damp environments.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

We use high-quality printing and color-managed workflows to keep colors as accurate as possible. However, every screen displays color slightly differently depending on settings and brightness. Minor differences between what you see online and the final print are normal.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every piece is made to order, production usually begins shortly after you place your order. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to adjust your order. Once an item is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item?

If something’s wrong with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

Our artwork is produced especially for you, so we generally don’t keep stock or resell returned pieces. For that reason, we typically accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a return or exchange for change-of-mind orders, subject to approval and a handling/restocking fee. Please review our full Return Policy for details.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows that your order hasn’t moved for an unusually long time or has been marked as lost by the carrier, reach out to us. We’ll contact the shipping provider, investigate the issue, and either resend the order or offer a solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

First, check around your property and with neighbors or building staff in case the parcel was left in a safe place. If you still can’t find it, contact us and your local carrier. We’ll help you investigate and discuss next steps.
