2. Products & Made-to-Order Production
All artworks and products offered by Erica Prints are made to order. This means each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
- Canvas prints are made on acid-free, pH-neutral, fade-resistant canvas.
- We use textured, OBA-free (optical brightener–free) canvas to ensure a natural look and long-lasting quality.
- Canvases are stretched over hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars, and frames are made from high-quality pine wood.
- Blank products may be sourced from facilities in the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, or Australia, depending on your location and product availability.
We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production processes. Such minor differences do not constitute defects.
3. Prices, Taxes & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price for the product, excluding any potential customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.
- We reserve the right to modify prices and correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
- You are responsible for any additional charges such as bank fees, currency conversion fees, customs duties, and import taxes applicable in your country.
4. Order Process & Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order, but it does not constitute acceptance.

We are based in Europe and ship to most countries worldwide. Your order is typically produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address to help reduce delivery times when possible.

- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
